Placing Your Order:
You can place an order by phone or e-mail.
All customer supplied used items must be thoroughly cleaned. All fleece and wool blankets must be vacuumed free of dirt and dust. All soiled items deemed unsuitable for embellishment will be returned at customer expense.
Design, Monogram and Personalization placement
Back lower left/right is standard placement on all saddle pads, coolers, sheets etc. Left chest is standard placement on all apparel, center of main compartment or pocket on all bags. Contact us for additional placement options.
Design Set-up Fee:
New customer artwork requiring extensive design work may incur a one time set-up fee of $25.00 to digitize your embroidery design. All artwork must be submitted in electronic form for initial design evaluation and digitizing. Designs with clear outlines and nonshaded colors work best. The clearer the artwork is, the closer the finished product will match the original design.
We will provide an electronic proof for your inspection and approval at no charge. A stitched proof will be supplied upon request via US Mail. Additional postage will be added to final order.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, company and personal checks. Production work on your order will start upon design and order approval. Your credit card will be charged at this time. Production on orders paid by check will begin after order/design approval and your payment processes.
Production and Shipping:
After design and order approval normal production time is 10-14 business days. Return shipping charges are added in conjunction with the order approval process.
